Samsung continues its marathon of updating as many devices as possible to the latest version. Now it’s the turn of the Samsung Galaxy A53 to receive the November security patch.
The Galaxy A53 is currently only receiving the November security patch, while it continues with updates from the One UI 6.0 Beta program.

The Galaxy A53 will receive the October 2023 security update with firmware version A536USQS8CWJ8. The rollout has started in the U.S., and it will be a matter of hours or days before it updates in the rest of the markets.
The November 2023 security patch addresses a total of 65 vulnerabilities, with 48 of them affecting the main Android operating system. Five of these vulnerabilities are marked as critical, while the others represent a high or moderate risk. The remaining 17 vulnerabilities only affect Samsung Galaxy smartphones and tablets, and two of them are related to devices that use an Exynos processor and an Exynos modem for connectivity.
